What Is the Micro Sprinkle System?

The micro sprinkle is one of the common water-saving irrigation methods. The micro sprinkle emitter is used for sprinkler and irrigation in the spraying water state. In the micro sprinkle system, various kinds of micro misting sprinklers and sprinkle belts are commonly-used emitters. Generally, the sprinkle belt is laid on the ground or the micro-sprinkler is inserted into the ground in the micro sprinkle system used in the open-field cultivation of flowers; In facility gardening, the micro sprinklers are usually hung upside down from the framework of the facility to avoid interfering with the micro sprinkle system's operation to irrigate other crops.

The rotary micro sprinkler and scattering micro sprinkler are the two most commonly seen micro sprinklers in the micro sprinkler irrigation system. In general, the function of the rotary micro sprinkler is to conduct supplementary irrigation; While the scattering micro sprinkler is divided into refraction micro sprinkler and centrifugal micro sprinkler. The refraction micro sprinkler has two functions of irrigation, and humidification cooling. The centrifugal micro sprinkler is often used in atomization irrigation and humidification cooling in the soilless culture.

The drip irrigation and micro sprinkling should be combined to create a field microclimate. And the drip irrigation is the main irrigation method. The micro sprinkle system is mainly used for supplementary irrigation and humidification cooling.

The following points should be paid attention to when using the micro sprinkle system:

1. When the micro sprinklers are installed upside down, it is necessary to install the drop-proof device to prevent the micro sprinklers from dripping and bringing harm to flowers after the water is stopped;

2. The micro sprinkle system and the drip irrigation system share the same water source at the same time in the facility. Pressure-relief devices shall be installed in the drip irrigation system or local pressurization devices shall be installed in the micro sprinkle system to prevent the drip irrigation system from bursting or the micro sprinkle system from not spraying;

3. The micro sprinkle device must be cleaned regularly, and it is recommended to clean after each irrigation. Do not take out the filter element.
