Venturi is commonly used for fertigation in irrigation. Irrigation venturi fertilizer injectors are the most efficient and economical way to fertilize plants. The venturi for drip irrigation utilizes the pressure differential between the inlet and outlet ports to draw water through a conical body, pulling a concentrated solution into a connected valve and mixing the fertilizer with the water. Crucially, this entire suction process is powered by the existing water flow, meaning the Venturi fertilizer injector requires no external pumps or electricity to function.
